Handyman / Building Maintenance

Our clients are specialists in purchasing residential and commercial properties. They are a market leader in its sector and acts as principal for its own investment. They are now looking for a building maintenance operative / handyman for one of their static sites in Guilford. This will be a permanent, self-employed position.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of Drives paths and patios
  • Tiling
  • Plumbing
  • Decorating
  • Air-Con maintenance
  • Fencing
  • Interior tasks as required
  • Jet washing
  • Painting both interior and exterior surfaces
  • Small electrical jobs
  • Installing electrical devices (such as sound systems)
  • Install kitchen in rental property
  • Other reactive  duties as required

 

Person Specification

  • Works efficiently and is skilled all round
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Confident of working with both Electrical and plumbing issues

 

Salary: £15ph which on a 40 hour week Monday-Friday

Start and finish times to be agreed
