He has been in charge of costing, running projects and controlling budgets in all these areas, and as part of his responsibilities, has been in charge of all health and safety aspects required in these sectors, all admin duties involved in managing staff under his supervision, planning work and maintenance schedules, working to time scales, controlling labour, and taking charge of work forces on a day to day basis.
