Position Document Controller, Landscapes Division
Location Nr Brentwood, Essex.

What are we looking for:
We are looking for a highly organised and competent Document Controller to set up, manage and maintain project document control systems in line with the company, customer, and project requirements.
About the role:
You will be working with the Landscape Division, where you will assist project construction managers in operations, surveyors, and Quantity Surveyors.
· Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
· Input document data into standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
· Ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, sub-contractors, and suppliers as applicable.
· Issue and receive controlled documentation, log issues and receivers, and create general electronic transmittals to the project, customer, and suppliers.
· Maintain accurate registers and actions lists.
· Act as focal point for all team document management matters.
· Assist with the coordination of document management across the whole project including policies, protocols, and practice.
· Chase Site teams for Friday packs and site paperwork, upload into project contract folders.
· Attend Project Prestart meetings, to meet client document team. (large projects)
· Collation of O+M information and liaise with Client O+M administrators.
The ideal candidate will have good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a list of tasks whilst working alone or as part of a team along with
· Previous Document Control Experience.
· Knowledge of construction practices and standards.
· Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, adobe, Word, database, and job specific software such as 4Projects, Aconex and Asite.
· Ability to keep clear and accurate records.
