Our client seeks a Gardener/Driver to join their team with strong plant knowledge and exceptional people skills.

You will need to have sound experience using the basic hand tools, hedge cutters, mowers, and such like. This is a role with a huge emphasise on liaising with clients and using strong social skills to ensure clients are looked after as well as their gardens. 

A driving license is essential.

Level 2 RHS is a minimum requirement. 

You will be maintaining gardens throughout Southwest London into Surrey.

Our client is growing fast through word-of-mouth recommendation. Theyâ??ve built a strong business network and offer great opportunity to develop your career within the horticultural sector. This role is with the view to progress into a Team Leader position for the right candidate.

Bonuses and commission are available, by bringing clients onboard and end of year performance-based bonus.

A training budget is also available.
