SKILLED LANDSCAPER
Our client seeks a skilled landscaper with extensive experience building high-end commercial and residential gardens and roof terraces in London. A skilled landscaper should be proficient in the following tasks:

Ability to read and interpret drawings

Setting out from plans for complex gardens, ranging in size from 500m² to 6000m².

Stone paving
-
Decking and subframe construction
-
Brickwork and blockwork
-
Fencing
-
Drainage systems
-
Irrigation systems
-
Concrete shuttering and pouring
-
Planting & turfing
-
General groundworks
-
Rendering
-
Pointing and grouting
-
Installation of pedestal and rail systems
-
Machinery operation (tickets for these preferred but not essential)

Ability to instruct labourers to adequately assist with works
The successful candidate will have minimum 3-5 years on-site experience building luxury gardens for the super prime market in London.
CSCS card essential and SSSTS or SMSTS advantageous.
CSCS card essential and SSSTS or SMSTS advantageous.
A forklift ticket is required.
