JOB TITLE: Customer Care Team Leader

REPORTS TO: Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Manager

Monday to Friday, 07:00 â?? 16:30, 45hrs per week, 21 days holiday plus bank holidays

 

Main Purpose of the Job:

To lead the team providing customer care landscape services and a full range of horticultural work as required by the contracted works.

 

Job Objectives & Responsibilities:

To ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard.

To ensure you are in possession and wear the correct uniform & PPE at all times.

To ensure that the vehicles and machinery (including mobile telephones) you are using are in good working order and are being properly used.

Attend and participate in any requested Tool Box Talks.

 

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Planting

Turfing

Barking

Completion Works

Lifting Lawns and re-turf

A full range of horticultural work as required by the contracted works.

Report and return any broken machinery to your line manager.

Ensure skips are loaded correctly, both general waste skip and green waste skips.

Ensure you record work completed. This includes using systems advised by the company and will include digital working systems.

Communicate regularly with your Line Manager.

Complete any required paperwork such as maps, tick sheets, signing in paperwork etc.

Notify your line manager of any Health and Safety issues, observations and all accidents in accordance with company procedure.

Be prepared to work hours necessary to meet our contractual obligation.

Ensure all tasks completed are to specification required and finished to a high standard.

Ensure all communication with colleagues, clients and members of the public is courteous and professional and in line with the companyâ??s standards.

 

Person Specification

Essential

The ability to be able to work independently but also as part of a wider team.

Reliable, energetic and enthusiastic with a determined, flexible and "can-do" attitude.

Good eye for detail.

A full driving licence.

CSCS card

Previous experience within Landscaping.

Horticultural qualification.
