Garden Maintenance Supervisor - 39830

Our client are an expanding family run business and they are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to joining their team carrying out all the usual horticultural duties, as well as to motivate the other team members on various sites, ensuring all grounds maintenance services are delivered to the high standard which meets our customersâ?? expectations.
You will also need to identify opportunities for improvement and for driving additional sales and services in the commercial and high-end residential gardens they manage.
The successful candidate must have:
- Â A proven record of accomplishment in grounds maintenance
- Excellent horticulture knowledge
- Full UK driving licence is preferable, but not essential
- The ability to self-motivate and the desire to work within a team
- Previous experience and competence in grounds maintenance services and the ability to operate a range of horticultural equipment including power and hand tools, push mowers, strimmers, hedge cutting equipment etc
- Certificates in spraying (PA1 PA6) are preferable, but not essential
- Excellent awareness of Health & Safety and implementing procedures
- Proven ability to achieve/exceed business objectives
- Experience implementing quality standards and working to customer specifications
