Office Manager

Our Client based in SW London offer their Clients a build and design service along with a successful maintenance department.

They are now looking for an office manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

  • Administration including maintenance schedule and market orders.
  • Invoicing clients and managing debtors
  • Banking and control of client database on Sage
  • Managing suppliers, including all insurance contracts, liaising with accountant,
  • Responsibility for health and safety including policies and staff training

Person Specification

  • Good computer skills - Excels, Word, Powerpoint, sage, CAD
  • Good written and fluent spoken English
  • Good plant knowledge and interest in horticulture and design
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Gardening experience would be ideal as you may need to assist in the gardens on the odd occasion.
