 Grounds Person

Our client is a leading property services company delivering high quality estate management, maintenance and related services to clients Nationwide. They are now looking for a trustworthy and reliable cleaner/gardening operative. You must take real pride in your job and ensure our customersâ?? expectations are met every time.

 

Responsibilities

  • All aspects of garden maintenance including: mowing
  • Strimming
  • Weeding
  • Planting
  • Pruning
  • Watering
  • Seeding
  • Hedge cutting
  • Leaf blowing
  • Cleaning and maintaining public areas and pathways

 

Person Specification

  • Attention to detail is vital
  • Reliability and consistent high standards of work
  • A passion for cleaning, and maintaining grounds is essential
  • Hold a full, clean driving licence and be willing to travel as you may be required to travel to other sites

 

Working hours: are Monday to Friday, 8:00am â?? 2:00pm (6 hours) at £9.75 per hour.
