Hard Landscape Operative
Our client provides a broad base of professional landscaping skills extending from hard landscaping through to arboriculture works. They specialise in a variety of areas such as bespoke urban gardens including terraces and roof gardens. Additionally, they have a soft landscaping division carrying out the planting of semi-mature trees and shrubs, soil de-compaction and grass seeding. They are now looking for a Hard Landscape Operative to join their team in East Angelia.

Responsibilities
- Commercial & Domestic Landscape Works such as:
- Bricklaying
- Hard landscaping: laying paving slabs
- Planting
- Non-specialist tree Works
- Grass Cutting
- Weed Control
- Grass Seeding
- Turfing, etc.
- Includes manual labour, operating portable tools /pedestrian machinery
- Driving plant & machinery (if appropriate)
- Driving 3.5 t trucks & trailers (if appropriate)
- Carrying out specified works independently or in a small team
- Daily plant maintenance
- Health & Safety â?? own and that of other team members
- Recording works on weekly time sheet
- Carrying out specified works independently or in a small team
- Health & Safety â?? own and that of other team members
- Recording works on weekly time sheet

Person Specification
- Previous hard landscaping experience
- Team player
- Hort qualified
- Full clean driving licence
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- CSCS Card

HOURS OF WORK: 42.5 hours weekly (inclusive of 30min lunch break and 15 min. morning tea break)
