Soft Landscape Foreman

Our client prides themselves on offering a well-rounded and complete maintenance package, as well as extra services that donâ??t fall in to the regular programme, including: winter salt and gritting, planting service, design and landscape supervision, tree surgery, arboriculture, irrigation, fencing, trellising and lighting. They are now looking for a Soft Landscape Foreman to work on gardens in North London.

 

Responsibilities

  • Carry out and manage day to day construction works
  • Manage day to day running of the site and assistant
  • Work with project manager to ensure the smooth organisation of materials and timely completion of site
  • Liaise with Principle Contractor in weekly meetings
  • Ensure H&S is implemented and adhered to
  • Hard and soft landscaping

 

Person Specification

  • Have previous experience in managing a team
  • Good organisational skills
  • Be able to communicate with a wide range of partners, suppliers as well as both domestic and commercial clients
  • Full clean driving licence is essential, so you can commute to the various projects on a daily basis
  • A current CSCS card is desirable
  • Horticultural qualifications would be an advantage
  • Well presented
