Our clients are leaders in the design and construction of ultra-high-end residential gardens in West London and surrounding areas. Their award-winning team delivers exquisite outdoor spaces to some of the most prestigious properties in the UK, blending creative vision with precise construction.

They are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect ?? Maintenance Team Lead to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • ·        Lead and manage our in-house maintenance team (4 staff), including scheduling and workload planning
  • ·        Support the design team in taking HNWI garden designs through to technical stage
  • ·        Provide technical support to the maintenance team on site
  • ·        Act as a client-facing representative during maintenance visits and reviews
  • ·        Manage client email correspondence and queries
  • ·        Develop additional planting works, including sourcing and planting plans
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp (3D modeling) and Rendering software
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

They??re looking for someone with strong technical landscape architecture experience who is comfortable balancing design support, team management, and client interaction.
