Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee a small team (1 other team member) on a mobile round maintaining high-end residential gardens in prestigious London locations such as Mayfair, St Johns Wood, and Kensington.

Role Overview

You ll be responsible for leading day-to-day garden maintenance on some of Londons most exclusive domestic properties. This is a mobile role, and a Ford Transit vehicle will be provided, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting a small maintenance team

• Carrying out all aspects of garden maintenance to a high standard

• Operating horticultural machinery and power tools

• Communicating with clients and providing advice on ongoing garden care

• Ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to client expectations

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in garden maintenance

• Strong plant knowledge and horticultural understanding

• Confident using a wide range of tools and machinery

• Comfortable in a customer facing role and discussing maintenance plans

• Full UK driving licence (required)

This is a full time position offering an excellent opportunity to work on some of Londons finest gardens.
