Our client is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their high end garden design, construction, and maintenance business.

This standalone role requires a confident communicator with strong problem solving skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for compliance and employee engagement.

 

Working closely with the Chairman and senior leadership team, you will oversee the full HR function, from recruitment and employee relations to training, payroll support, and policy management. As the key HR contact for a diverse workforce across multiple divisions, you will play a vital role in developing a positive, connected, and well supported team.

Requirements

  • CIPD qualified, with significant experience managing a standalone HR function
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience managing payroll and employee benefits
  • Comfortable covering the whole HR remit
  • Previous experience in construction or similar industry an advantage.
