Our client is a professional and highly experienced horticultural business, delivering and maintaining high end landscape projects across London to both commercial and private clients.

Due to continued growth, they require enthusiastic and reliable Grounds Maintenance team leaders and operatives with good communication and organisational skills to join their Maintenance department. This is an ideal opportunity to progress your career further with a company that has great ambitions and is passionate about the services they deliver. Ideally you will have multiple years of experience in industry with good horticultural knowledge and experience with a variety of ground care equipment. Work will be based across London the surrounding home counties

We are looking for someone with ambition, attention to detail and a passion for horticulture. Good personal organisation, ability to work in a team and prioritise workloads is very important.

This position will involve managing other team members, speaking directly with clients, and maintaining equipment.

 

â?¢ Minimum 2 years previous experience NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture or equivalent (Desirable)

â?¢ PA1 + PA6a certification (Desirable)

â?¢ Full Clean UK Driving License

 

PAY â?? up to £30-33,000 annual salary.

Hours â?? 7:30am-4:30pm Mon-Friday (occasional Saturday work may be required)
