Our client works on truly exceptional High-End Domestic Landscaping projects. They are looking for an Operations Assistant to join their dynamic team. 

They are happy to consider people who are new to the role but have the right set of skills and desire to work their way up and excel.

Candidates will need:

• Good organisational skills
• Ability to monitor and ensure teams are adhering to operational compliance such as van checks are completed on a weekly basis and all operational processes agreed at Board level are effectively implemented. 

• Experienced operational background a distinct advantage, as is supervisory experience within a similar landscape business, construction company or services sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Well presented, punctual, good mannered.
• Good working understanding of office systems including Microsoft applications is essential (Excel particularly)
