Our client is looking for an Installations Manager (Contracts Manager) to join their Interior and Exterior plant displays team in Upminster. This is an ideal position for an enthusiastic person with a love of plants and people with rounded industry experience and a willingness to learn to join an exciting and growing company.
Job Purpose
As the Installations Manager you will be joining the Interior and Exterior Plant Displays sector and will proactively manage your operations team to enable the effective installation of plant displays into new and existing client spaces, fulfilling the clients requirements within agreed financial and time parameters. The Installations Manager is required to develop, grow and train their team, develop and sustain great working relationships with colleagues and clients as well as leading excellent health and safety practice. Working as part of a regional team the role also requires effective and cooperative working with your regional colleagues.
