Our client is seeking a skilled, experienced full-time Gardener for a permanent, year round position. You would be working prodominantly in West London and TW postcodes.

They are a boutique property management company working with a number of properties.

The role requires the candidate to be passionate about gardening, plants and garden design, and able to politely discuss with the client their wishes and plans for their gardens.

The work will be a mix of maintenance, soft landscaping and planting projects. In addition to gardening work, the candidate will be willing to carry out maintenance jobs as required, such as pressure washing & sweeping.

The ideal candidate will be experienced and/or qualified in garden maintenance / horticulture.

A pro active, self-motivated, hard-working person with a pleasant, friendly approach with clients.

An eye for detail and a desire to achieve high standards is essential.

This is a hands-on role, and the candidate will need to be able to demonstrate experience of working unsupervised.

The role will be Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm.
A vehicle & tools will be provided.
Competitive salary for the right candidate. (£28k + commission for any new clients the gardener brings on board).

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Duties specific to this role will include: Mowing, strimming, weeding, pruning, planting, leaf collection, hedge cutting, digging over gardens, mulching, watering, any ad hoc duties as required.
  • All elements of lawn care such as scarification, aeration and feeding programmes.
  • Maintenance of existing irrigation systems, cleaning of drains, changing light bulbs and general garden maintenance.
  • General maintenance such as sweeping, pressure washing, garden clearance etc.


Essential requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position
  • Full Clean UK driving licence with van driving experience
  • A good knowledge of plants, plant care, lawn care, pest and disease identification
  • Soft landscaping experience
