Our clients are currently seeking a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in the Kent Area base don a static site.

Candidates should be able to show the below:

 

  • Proven experience leading a team
  • Experience using Word and Excel
  • Comfortable attending meetings and meeting clients
  • Able to organise works and writing out plans
  • Experience with GM machinery and the maintenance of said machinery
  • Organising small projects
  • Some experience in sports pitch maintenance preferred
  • Dealing with sub-contractors
  • H&S awareness
  • Comfortable issuing orders and dealing with difficult situations within the team if required
  • Full Drivers licence essential
  • PA1/PA6 preferred
