Our client is currently looking to expand their Grounds Maintenance team in the London area, ideally north of the river up towards Park Royal, Cricklewood etc.  
 
- Experience required in a horti role â?? ideally some grounds maintenance, hanging baskets etc experience would be ideal.
- Physically fit, able to do early starts
- Confident driver, and used to driving Transit/VW transporter size vans around London
- Supervisor/Teamleader experience would be a big plus.
- IT competent â?? Able to use text, whatsapp, email, google maps, field management app.
- Good communication skills, fluent English speaker.
 
- 40 hrs a week, overtime available, paid at 1.5
- Standard working hours â?? 0600 - 1430
- Hourly rate â?? between £13.00 - £14.25 per hour DOE.
- £150 monthly Driver Bonus, annual bonus

About the job:
This is an interesting, varied, and exciting opportunity to join a busy team in a rapidly expanding company.  As a member of our frontline maintenance team you will be travelling throughout the London area maintaining interior and exterior live plant displays and floristry.
 
You will be watering, feeding, cleaning, weeding and pruning live plant displays and other features such as living walls, so ideally you will have experience of indoor and/or exterior plant maintenance techniques, including working at height. A knowledge of individual plantâ??s requirements for optimum growth in different environments would be an advantage. Their wide range of clients include blue chip offices, top hotels, restaurants, retail centres and showrooms, with the ultimate objective of over delivering on customer service expectations.

Attitude, personable, hard-working, can-do attitude and working to strict deadlines.
Flexibility, wide range of tasks, some early starts and self-management.
Physical fitness the role is hands on and can include lifting/moving items safely.
Ability, youâ??ll need to be comfortable with driving, proactively solving problems, communicating with customers and ideally experienced/passionate at working with plants.
 
 
Progression
There is scope for progression and further training.
Opportunity. Whilst ideal you do not need prior horticulture experience, we provide training.
