Gardener sought for our Cheshire based client. Our client runs and owns a very successful equestrian centre and requires an experienced gardener to work the 4 acres of formal gardens, which sit within a 30 acre site. The gardens comprises of lawns, hedges, boarders and beds, large pond, and stream.


Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of garden maintenance including: mowing
  • Strimming
  • Weeding
  • Planting
  • Pruning
  • Watering
  • Hedge cutting
  • Leaf blowing
  • Spraying
  • Fixing and maintaining fences
  • Handy man duties
  • Pond maintenance

Person Specification:

  • Significant gardening experience, ideally on an estate setting
  • Good plant knowledge
  • Be very physically fit as the work will be demanding
  • Be self-directing and motivated
  • Have a full clean UK driving licence and be over the age of 25 for car insurance purposes
