Our client have a fantastic opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Foreman to lead a team of two working at their static site in Epsom. For this site you must have an open approach and thirst for delivering high-standards in a unsupervised and slightly remote location.

You will have weekly meetings onsite with the contracts manager and must have excellent standards of customer service, you will need: 

  • Previous grounds maintenance experience and good horticultural knowledge.
  • A full UK driving licence with towing category.

You will have a van to take home so you must have a secure place to park the works vehicle.

The successful applicant will need to be dynamic, personable, self-sufficient, commercially aware, have excellent supervisory and communication skills, along with a good knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.

  • Having a PA1/PA6 spraying licence and a horticulture qualification such as NVQ Level2 in Amenity Horticulture or similar will be a distinct advantage.

The company are offering a full-time position with a competitive salary, 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays and all PPE is provided. There are also excellent opportunities for personal and career development.
