An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Team Leader to join the Garden Maintenance Team of our London based Client.Applicants will require previous maintenance experience, be a reliable and an enthusiastic team player with a â??can doâ?? attitude and be willing to work outside in all weathers. An eye for detail is a must, as the work involves maintaining some very high-end gardens and roof terraces.

Responsibilities

·         Applicants will also need to have strong leadership skills and have good knowledge of Health and Safety legislations.

·         Organisation of mobile teams

·         Conduct and oversee all Maintenance duties

Person Specification

·         A full driving licence is essential, and the holder must be over 25.

·         Having a recognisable qualification such as a NVQ Level 3 Horticulture will be a distinct advantage.

·         PA1&6 Spraying Certificates would also be desirable.
