Our Client based in the Surrey are seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to join their team, you will be accountable for ensuring the Clients receive a professional and friendly service. A vehicle is provided for work purposes

 

Main duties

�          Overseeing and carrying out general garden maintenance, including mowing, pruning and mulching

�          Ground preparation

�          Seasonal planting

�          Tree and shrub pruning

�          Careful monitoring of watering and irrigation systems

�          Keeping accurate records of daily works and organising rotas

�          Supervision of staff

�          Ensuring H&S is followed

�          Ad hoc duties as required

 

Person Specification:

�          Good horticultural knowledge

�          Irrigation experience desirable

�          Client liaison

�          People management

�          Full UK drivers licence

�          PA1/PA6
