Hard Landscape Foreman

Our Client based in St Albans Herts have a passion for cutting-edge design and a wide knowledge of construction. 

They are now seeking a Hard Landscape Foreman to join the company. This role requires an experienced and passionate landscaper to lead and develop our landscape teams on site.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in all aspects of hard landscaping but be proficient in:
  • Brickwork
  • Block paving
  • Decking
  • Slabbing
  • Able to work from plans
  • To complete Site Specific Risk Assessments for each job
  • Speaking with Clients on a daily basis
  • Organising rotas to include holiday and sickness cover
  • Working to tight deadlines and within budget
  • Be spoke designs
  • Knowledge of irrigation would be desirable
  • To follow all company policy and guidance in order  with H&S
  • Able to train and supervise staff as required

Person Specification

  • Driver
  • CSCS card
  • Proven track record
  • To have a good general knowledge of methods and materials used within the industry
