Senior Landscape Foreman

Our Client is a young, fast-growing landscape company based in South West London with our design and build teams bringing experience from the UK, Europe and abroad.

They are now seeking a Senior Landscape Foreman to join the company. This role requires an experienced and passionate landscaper to lead and develop our landscape teams on site.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for liaising with other foreman and the operations manager to ensure projects run efficiently and work is delivered to a consistently high standard with health and safety being implemented and monitored at all times.
• You will be responsible for helping to deliver time sensitive projects including high profile commercial installations and show gardens/pop ups including RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Previous show garden experience is preferred but not essential. You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and site management skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in high pressure situations.

Person Specification

• UK Driving Licence essential
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Previous experience essential 6 years +
• Paving, Decking, General carpentry, Artificial grass installation, Irrigation, Turfing, Fencing
• You should have the ability to manage a site and communicate effectively with our clients, the operations team and designers
• You must also be able to supervise, train and motivate your team.
