Our London based client are a highly respected company within the Horticulture industry winning many top awards. They are looking for a Soft Landscape Manager.  You will have up to two yearsâ?? experience working in a similar role.

Job Specification

• This position would primarily be split between an office and on-site role and would suit someone with extensive hands-on experience both in Soft landscape and in remote team management
• Tasked with organising a busy (and frequently changing) schedule of weekly Soft landscape and remedial works and liaising daily with high net-worth individuals and front-of-house managers at some of Londonâ??s most exclusive properties
• You will be required to produce weekly schedules (including covering holiday and sickness) and in supervising, motivating and leading staff in the provision of a top-quality Landscaping service
• Your role will involve issuing and managing instructions, monitoring performance and standards and coordinating operatives, plant, vehicles and tools to ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time with the right tools to perform our services to the highest possible standard

Person Specification

• Full Clean UK driving licence is essential
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Team player
• A proven record of employment and experience in a similar position
