Landscape Maintenance Operative

Assisting a team leader in the daily upkeep and maintenance of various residential development sales and marketing/show areas in the Essex/Kent/Surrey/Sussex and London area all to a very high standard, dealing with high end clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • All general maintenance including: mowing
  • Strimming
  • Weeding
  • Planting
  • Pruning
  • Watering
  • Hedge cutting
  • Leaf blowing
  • Spraying
  • Litter picking / clearing
  • Any ad hoc duties as required

 

Person Specification

  • Previous landscape maintenance experience is essential
  • Any qualifications required â?? Competency certificates, PA1 PA6, CSCS Card. CRB checks will be carried out
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Be polite and courteous at all times and any reasonable tasks requested by the Team leader, Supervisor or Manager
