Our client operates principally in the Prestige Landscape Design & Build market creating bespoke gardens for discerning clients with budgets ranging from 100k up to 2m, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator to join them and to work from their Battersea office. 

Applicants for this post should meet the following criteria

  • Have good communication skills
  • Have good Excel, Word experience
  • Be able to liaise with Project managers
  • Have experience in costing projects and monthly valuations  - general Site, additional works and change orders
  • Have between 5 to 7 years of post-grad experience in a similar role

The position is 50% office based and 50% site based
