Our Client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Gardener to join the already established gardening team. They mainly work within the SW London area.

Responsibilities

  • Lawn cutting and maintenance
  • Edging
  • Weeding
  • Pruning and hedge cutting
  • Planting
  • Watering and management of watering systems
  • Spraying, i.e. pest control
  • Maintenance of gardening equipment

Person Specification

  • Highly motivated individual
  • Well-organised and able to take direction
  • Strong team work skills
  • Keen attention to detail and take great care within the gardens
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals from a range of backgrounds
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Keen to take responsibility and ownership for tasks
  • Relevant qualification in gardening or horticulture
  • Comprehensive plant knowledge
  • Spraying certificate desirable
  • Experience with garden machinery
  • Full clean driving license
